Job description

  • Provide value added services to Insurance Operations Unit, its activities, functions efficiently and accurately in accordance with OPM and SOPs within established turnaround time to enhance customer satisfaction through optimum utilization of resources.
  • Managing Life & General Insurance on boarding applications within stipulated TAT
  • Managing of maintenance / servicing related requests within stipulated TAT
  • Ensure all on boarding and servicing requests are processed in compliance.
  • Co-ordination with insurance companies for on boarding approvals and servicing request closures.
  • MIS reporting's for business, finance, payout teams, quality, sales governance within agreed TAT.
  • Reconciliation of claw backs and commissions receivable
  • Posting of financial transactions for transferring premiums to respective insurance companies accounts
  • Managing GST related transactions in compliance to the Govt. guidelines.
  • Handling of refunds and cancellation requests
  • Ensure allocation of all premiums transferred to respective insurance providers
  • Handling of unit's common mail box with complete accuracy and timely responses
  • Handling of all kinds of process related queries over the call from front line, insurance companies, call back teams, etc
  • Undertake other assignments / business requests as assigned by the Team Leader & Unit Head.
  • Recording system issues and intimating to Team Leader / Unit Head for resolution
  • Identification of manual activities / touch points in the unit and sharing with Team Leader / Unit Head for automation.
