In case of a refund due against an erroneous transaction or cancellation, you may write to us as we would be assisting you with the cancellation procedure or you may call / write a request to the INSURANCE company’s registered mail id as the premium paid for an insurance product will be refunded via cheque or direct credit as per the policy of the Insurance provider, that you have chosen to buy the product from.
