About Stipend

The stipend is 10000 Rs. per month of the internship and it will be paid at the end.
Students need to achieve a minimum level of business to qualify for this stipenda
Overachievers will be compensated with incentives, gift cards and other perks.
Students who are not able to achieve their targets maybe entitled to a variable stipend based on their performance

Selection Process & Training

Candidates will be evaluated by telephonic interview or by a screening of resumes.
Selected students will be trained on insurance basics, selling techniques, database building, and other related topics.
Students will receive telephonic support continuously from the reporting manager.
Research project data support will also be provided.
