Job Description:

A2Z INSURE, a leading insurance and financial services company, is seeking dynamic and result-oriented individuals for the position of Telesales + Field Sales Executive in KOLKATA. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales through a combination of field (80%) and telephonic (20%) activities, promoting our range of insurance products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct telephonic sales calls to potential clients, explaining insurance products and services offered by A2Z INSURE.
• Plan and execute field sales activities to meet sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual targets.
• Provide accurate information about insurance products, coverage, and benefits to clients.
• Collect and document customer information, ensuring data accuracy.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position A2Z INSURE's offerings.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduation (UG considered with relevant sales experience and excellent communication skills).
• Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of pure sales experience.

• Must possess a 2-wheeler and a valid driving license.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
